Job summary

LPL Financial LLC invites motivated undergraduates to join our Business Development & Sales internship for Summer 2027. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the Fort Mill/Charlotte, Austin, or Tempe offices.

You will help drive lead flow into recruitment teams while engaging with advisors and management across units. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn through exposure to CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce while

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
Interest in the Sales/ Business Development industry.
Local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte, Austin, or Tempe offices for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

Obtain exposure to systems, databases, and other applications used by the company on a daily basis.
Participate in process walkthroughs in accordance with department and professional standards.
Work in a fast-paced environment with interaction with team and other business units’ management.
Practice project management through handling assignments and projects.
Expand knowledge through training and other online courses.
Engage in summer programming events and employer activities.
