Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
  • Demonstrated interest in strategy, business operations, client experience, project management, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives and business priorities across the Strategy & Growth organization.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and project work to support business growth, advisor engagement, and client activation efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop presentations, communications, and other materials for leadership discussions and decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support project execution and organizational initiatives.
  • Participate in professional development, networking, and learning opportunities throughout the internship experience.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to leaders at the conclusion of the program.
