Job summary

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate enrollment in Finance or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• U.S. citizen and eligible for DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP transactions and expense reporting data for AR billings.
• Assist with reviewing employee expense reports.
• Assist with scanning in general ledger transactions.
• Assist with filing and scanning for payroll.
• Support team members with daily operational tasks in their respective function.
• Work as a team member to meet the needs of staff, leaders, and customers.
• Evaluate current systems and procedures and suggest process improvements, including the use of AI.
