Qualifications

• Undergraduate student majoring in Finance or a related field.
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks successfully.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform journal entries.
• Assist with financial modeling, analysis, and aspects of reporting.
• Support the budgeting process.
• Support automation projects and contribute to other high-value projects (enhanced analytics, system implementations, etc.).
• Work as a team member in meeting the needs of the office staff, leaders, and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to help customers and staff reach their goals.
• Evaluate current systems and procedures and make process improvement suggestions, including the use of AI.
