Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in Civil Engineering or related undergrad program with 2027 or later graduation.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Interest in Roadway Design and Transportation and desire to grow in the field.
• Clear communication and ability to interact with engineers and non-engineers.
• Willingness to follow directions from mentors and managers and learn design software.
• Strong basic technical writing, office automation, and software skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of engineering tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.
• Learn basic Civil/Roadway engineering principles.
• Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations.
• Support preparation of final design plans, provisions, and cost estimates.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation.
• Complete training on assigned tasks.
• Adhere to WSP Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed by business.
