Job summary

MobilizeGreen, in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, offers a three-week Youth Conservation Program in summer 2027. Participants live and work as a team, engaging in conservation projects and outdoor education, leadership, and personal development activities during evenings and weekends.

Weekly stipend is $375. Housing, meals, and travel are provided. Location options include San Bernardino, CA or Duluth, MN, with duty at San Bernardino National Forest and a structured schedule from May

Qualifications

• Must be 15–18 years old by June 1, 2027.
• Must be enrolled in school or be a 2027 graduate.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• YCP members work on conservation-related projects outdoors.
• Participate in education, leadership and personal development activities.
• Collaborate with peers and Forest Service staff to complete assigned tasks.
