Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Investor Relations & Finance Intern to join our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will work closely with the Investor Relations and Finance teams on strategic financial initiatives and investor engagement.

You’ll gain exposure to real estate investment and financial processes, capital fundraising strategies, and performance analysis, performing hands-on work with due diligence, presentations, and research.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related degree program.

Responsibilities

• Support Investor Relations and Finance team with financial initiatives.
• Assist with capitalization tracking and fund offering logistics.
• Create investor presentations for prospective investors.
• Research institutional investors, foundations, and family offices.
• Prepare financial materials for Investment Committee submissions.
• Assemble due diligence packages for loans and financings.
• Conduct real estate tax and comparable property sales research.
• Assist with financial reporting to lenders.
• Maintain finance databases and perform ad hoc analysis.
