Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate (Link) offers a 10-week paid summer internship in Chicago for juniors rising into their senior year. Interns gain exposure to Investments, Development, FP&A, and Asset Management, working on real estate markets and deal workflows.

You will support investment analysts with models and memoranda, conduct market research, analyze tenant and operating data, prepare reports and presentations, and collaborate across teams on strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and written/spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of Argus is preferred but not required
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required

Responsibilities

• Support full-time investment analysts and associates across new deal underwriting
• Assist with market research and analysis of industrial real estate trends
• Support property underwriting, financial modeling, and investment memoranda
• Analyze tenant, lease, and operating performance data
• Help evaluate acquisition and disposition opportunities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and investment committee materials
• Collaborate with Investments, Leasing, Research & Analytics, Asset Management, and other teams on strategic projects
• Present project findings and recommendations to management at internship conclusion
