Job summary

Townhouse Partners is seeking motivated summer interns to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment. Interns will support the team across all aspects of the business, including research, reporting, and underwriting, while gaining hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry.

You will work alongside a dynamic team on live transactions with leading global banks, institutional investors, and real estate sponsors, and receive structured training, guest speakers, and curated property

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program.
• Rising senior with expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Prior course work in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.7 or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Support research, reporting, and underwriting activities.

Required Education and Experience

• Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program
