Role Description:

The Summer Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, GA. Interns will support brokerage, investment sales, and development activities by assisting with market research, property and tenant data collection, and preparation of client-facing materials. Day-to-day tasks may include analyzing leasing and sales data, helping prepare presentations and financial summaries, and updating internal databases and tracking reports. Interns will also gain exposure to transaction processes by shadowing client meetings, property tours, and internal strategy sessions. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in industrial real estate while contributing to active projects and team initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and research abilities, with comfort working in Excel or similar tools and interpreting market and financial data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial or industrial real estate, finance, or related fields through coursework, projects, or prior experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, take initiative, and maintain a professional demeanor in client and partner interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with real estate or mapping tools is a plus.
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in business, finance, real estate, economics, or a related discipline preferred.
