Job summary

PepsiCo invites motivated students to join our 2027 Summer Intern: R&D program in the United States. You will work with engineers and scientists to design, test, and launch products across beverages and snacks, gaining hands-on experience from ideation through scale-up.

You will contribute to development projects, prototype work, and production start-up while learning in a collaborative environment. Eligible candidates must graduate within a year and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Engineering, Food Science, Agriculture, or related degree.
• Must graduate within one year of internship.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
