Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Intern – R&D Engineer to contribute to new product development and sustaining efforts in a medical device environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform data-driven analyses, and help write test protocols while learning SolidWorks, Excel and Minitab. This paid internship offers hands-on engineering experience and potential growth within our R&D organization this Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in mechanical/biomedical engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in product development and testing processes.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research and development activities for new products and sustaining efforts.
