Qualifications

• Desire to understand how product is used, designed and manufactured and establish test methods to evaluate design concepts.
• Detail oriented, highly organized and able to communicate information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research and development activities for new product development and sustaining.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product development phases.
• Make data-driven decisions using appropriate analytical methodologies.
• Verify designs meet functional requirements through analyses and testing.
• Establish test methods, acceptance criteria, and test equipment for all stages of development.
• Write test protocols, analyze data, and document findings in test reports.
