Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Project Manager Summer 2027 Internship in Greenville, WI. You will assist with scheduling, budgets, and progress reports, coordinating with managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather updates and keep project records current.

You will participate in site visits, help manage material scheduling, documentation, and safety actions while building strong relationships with customers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly project schedules.
• Support quantity reporting, cost tracking, labor budgets, and material scheduling.
• Communicate with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors for updates.
• Assist with material requisitions, project documentation, and general project administration.
• Participate in jobsite visits to observe construction activities and progress.
• Help address delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.
• Support site safety efforts and participate in meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist with quality control and maintaining positive customer relationships.
