Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities to meet deadlines.
• Support preparation and submittal of project schedules and progress reports.
• Assist in requisition of supplies and materials for construction projects and communicate needs to construction managers.
• Engage weekly with Area Manager and subcontractors to obtain progress reports.
• Help develop and enforce site safety plans and ensure safe, efficient work.
• Identify quality control opportunities and document outcomes.
• Build rapport with customers and subcontractors.
