You will work on real-world projects with direct contact with subcontractors, architects, and owners, gaining hands-on experience across estimating, project management, and field operations.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a similar construction program.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desire to take initiative, problem-solve, and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in projects, helping ensure they are completed on or ahead of schedule and on or under budget.
Assist in writing and negotiating contracts and change orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project partners.
Contribute to development and management of production schedules.
Support the project team in delivering a final product that delights clients and exceeds expectations.
Learn and implement best practices in the construction industry through real-world challenges.
