Job summary

Branch is offering a Summer Internship for rising Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors pursuing Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management. The program provides structured training and mentoring to develop essential skills for a successful construction career.

Interns will engage with the Preconstruction, Project Management, and Field Supervision teams, gaining exposure to cost planning, scheduling, procurement, and quality control while traveling

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled students pursuing Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related degree.
• Courteous and professional attitude when dealing with others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and computer skills with MS Office.
• Travel is required; valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction, Project Management and Field Supervision teams.
• Interact with subcontractors, vendors and owners.
• Contribute to cost planning, scheduling, materials procurement, cost control and quality management.
• Prepare a final presentation outlining the internship experience.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and take appropriate action when needed.
