Job summary

The Raymond Group is inviting applications for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in our Orange office. This 10-week, fully paid internship offers hands-on experience in project management, estimating, and other business units, with a 1-to-1 mentor and regular feedback.

You will work on active projects, be mentored directly by a dedicated team, and participate in a final professional review with executives. A strong safety mindset and a readiness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Construction Management or Engineering degree or have 2+ years of construction field experience.
• GPA of 2.5 or higher or equivalent.
• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Project Administration: reviews, submittals, RFI logs, purchase orders and change orders.
• Contribute to project lifecycles and take-off documentation.
• Assist scheduling and maintain master schedules for cost, safety and quality.
