Job summary

The Raymond Group in Las Vegas invites talented students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program as a Project Engineer Intern. This full-time, fully paid 10-week program runs from late May to mid-August 2027, with a tailored placement across project management, estimating, or related units and a dedicated mentor.

You will gain real-world experience on active commercial sites, receive regular feedback, and participate in an executive review to discuss accomplishments and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Construction Management or Engineering degree (GPA 2.5+).
• OR possess at least two years of construction field experience.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project administration, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Support project lifecycle activities from take-offs to close-out documentation.
• Help track master schedules ensuring safety, cost, and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in internal meetings and observe decision-making processes.
• Gain exposure to on-site activities and field operations with mentorship.
