Qualifications

• Current college student entering Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year studying Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with new software/tools in a learning-oriented environment.
• Capable of independent work while contributing to a team.
• Able to multitask without losing attention to details.
• Reliable transportation to work in Chicagoland area.
• Willing to participate in a 12-week program from Memorial Day to Mid-August.
• Location is the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

Responsibilities

• Pair with a Project Manager and/or Superintendent on a construction team in Chicagoland.
• Assist with submittals, take-offs, budgeting, and attending job site/owner meetings.
• Participate in intern project competition simulating bidding and winning work as a general contractor.
