Job summary

Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (AJCP) seeks a Summer Investment Management Analyst for an onsite internship in Chicago. You will collaborate across Investments, Asset Management, and Finance on live projects involving property financings, budgeting, and market research.

Responsibilities include supporting investment analyses, creating dashboards, and assisting with investor materials. Compensation includes $35/hr plus a housing stipend and paid summer holidays, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or real estate with expected graduation Winter 2027–Spring 2028.
Proficient with Excel and MS Office; able to quickly learn other applications.

Responsibilities

Assist Investments, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Finance on special projects.
Support evaluation of new investments and property financings; monitor asset-level performance.
Analyze financial impact of capital events to fund performance (CapEx, dispositions, financing).
Conduct market research and maintain dashboards for investment platforms.
Prepare materials for investment committee reviews and investor reporting.
