Fossil Group, Inc. invites students for a Summer Supply Chain Planning Internship at our Richardson, TX headquarters.

This paid, hands-on program runs for 10 weeks and focuses on supply chain operations, planning, analytics, and process improvement. You'll work on real projects, develop dashboards, collaborate across Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, and Commercial teams, and present a capstone project to Fossil leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Willing to work in-person at Fossil HQ in Richardson, TX.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain teams with real-world projects.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor product flow, inventory levels, and performance.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Identify risks, delays, or opportunities in product flow.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, and cross-functional teams.
• Present capstone project to Fossil leadership.
• Partner with a mentor for guidance.
• Participate in workshops and lunch & learns.
