• Demonstrated interest in patent law; USPTO registration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interns contribute to substantive prosecution work under the guidance of an attorney mentor—covering office actions, drafting, prior art research, and preparation of appeal briefs.
• Engage in appropriate client interactions and gather information to support patent applications.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and contribute to summaries and reports for review.
