Job summary

Enterprise Holdings offers a paid Sales Management Internship for university students at Shamokin Dam, PA. You will join a team and gain real-world leadership skills while supporting fleet management, customer service, and marketing efforts.

From day one, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and develop highly marketable management skills in a team-based environment. The internship is 10–12 weeks, averaging 40 hours per week, and pays $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must currently be a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start in our Summer Intern Orientation Class on Monday, May 24th.
• Must be able to commit to a 40/hour per week schedule for 10-12 weeks.
