This program provides relocation assistance, equipment (including an iPad), daily coaching from a sales trainer, and team incentives through the season. May 7 – August 11, 2027, in person with pay of $3,000–$5,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.

• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting or shadowing.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
