Location: Vie Towers Hyattsville Maryland

Seasonal Position: July 2025 - August 2025

Looking for a summer gig where you can stay active, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a fun and supportive team? Join Vie Towers as a Temporary Summer Maintenance & Cleaning Assistant and help us make our student living community shine!

This short-term role is perfect for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn more about property operations, maintenance, and hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with our Maintenance and Office Teams to ensure the community is clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Keeping common areas spotless (clubhouse, gym, kitchen, model units, etc.).
  • Assisting with apartment turnovers (cleaning and preparing units for new residents).
  • Picking up and properly disposing of trash around the property.
  • Helping with events and creating a great community experience.
  • Supporting light maintenance tasks and reporting issues (e.g., lightbulb out, lobby scent refill needed).
  • Making sure our spaces look and feel amazing (TVs on, music playing, scents on point).
  • Entering occupied units (with notice) to perform cleaning services professionally and respectfully.

What We're Looking For:

  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable performing light physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.).
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions.
  • Reliable transportation and phone access.
  • Availability to work weekends or evenings if needed.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in cleaning, hospitality, janitorial, or property maintenance (not required).
  • A desire to grow in property management or real estate operations.
