Vie Towers is seeking a responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented Temporary Summer Maintenance & Cleaning Assistant to join our team for the summer season. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property while supporting both the maintenance and office teams with daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in property management and light maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform light maintenance and physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending, etc.)
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Must have reliable transportation and a working phone
• Availability to work weekends and evenings, if needed

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning, hospitality, or property maintenance is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Vie Fit fitness center, common areas, offices, kitchen, clubhouse, model units, and other shared spaces.
• Assist with trash pickup and proper disposal across the property, including grounds and common areas.
• Support the team in unit turnovers, including cleaning and preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Assist with resident events and community functions, as needed.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld, including ambiance (e.g., music playing, TVs on, scents distributed in lobby/model units).
• Report and assist with resolving maintenance concerns, such as burnt-out lights or unusual property conditions.
  
• Ensure all maintenance tools/supplies are stored safely to prevent hazards.
• Enter occupied units for scheduled cleaning, as requested, maintaining professional and respectful conduct at all times.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and trainings.
• Support the maintenance team in emergency response, as needed.
