Amgen invites students to join the Operations Graduate Program as a Summer 2027 Intern. The 13‑week internship will be based at Amgen’s Thousand Oaks, CA campus and will focus on manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality, offering real project work and mentorship.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations Transformation & Digital Strategy, Process Development, and Quality to tackle real-world challenges and develop critical skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or other relevant disciplines obtained from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of relevant work experience in leadership, biotechnology/pharmaceuticals, consulting, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, or other relevant industries.
• Experience applying AI and continuous improvement (CI) techniques to automate processes and drive proactive problem‑solving in continuous improvement contexts

Responsabilités

• Complete an internship project within Operations exploring opportunities and advancing core business priorities.
• Operations internship projects are designed to provide students with the opportunity to solve real organizational challenges and develop essential skills for future career success.
• Interns participate in mentoring, coaching, and experiential learning opportunities, including an in-person week at Amgen’s Thousand Oaks headquarters for professional development and networking.
