JMFamily Enterprises, Inc. invites college students to join the Customer Experience Data Analyst Intern program for hands-on work in data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
You will transform complex data into meaningful insights, create Power BI dashboards, and contribute to the Customer Experience team. The internship runs May 24, 2027 through July 30, 2027, with onsite work from Monday to Friday during the Summer Internship Program.
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent in a relevant field with at least one semester completed.
- Advanced Excel proficiency required for large datasets and data transformation.
- Proven experience building dashboards/reports in Power BI.
Responsabilités
- Analyze customer experience, dealer, case management, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Transform Excel datasets into structured Power BI reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
- Clean, manipulate, and validate large datasets for accurate reporting using advanced Excel features.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting with Power BI, Power Automate and other Microsoft tools.
- Research, develop, test, and implement Agentic AI solutions for defined tasks and processes.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and partners.
