Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be a college student or matriculating attendee.
• Experience in youth development or with children preferred.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate homework help, arts, sports, and STEM activities.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of participants.
• Assist with enrichment and recreational activities for youth and families.
• Maintain equipment, storage facilities, and inventory.
• Document program activities and reports.
• Collaborate with Group Leaders and Program Director.
