Job summary

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is seeking a summer Trail Crew Laborer for trail and slope maintenance and related capital projects. The role requires strong labor effort, a positive attitude, and a good work ethic within a mountain environment.

Essential duties include learning Trail Crew tasks, operating brush saws and rock drills, weed spraying, re-vegetation, and supporting the heavy equipment crew on Bike Park projects. Candidates must work 10-hour shifts 4–6 days a week and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some construction experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn Trail Crew tasks from general labor to brush saws and rock drills.
• Perform heavy repetitive work for ten hour shifts 4-6 days/week.
• Weed spraying.
• Re-vegetation of disturbed areas.
• Assist summer heavy equipment construction crew with Bike Park projects.
