An established industry player is seeking passionate Summer Camp Teachers for their Montessori program. This role offers a unique opportunity to support children's growth and independence while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education. With comprehensive training and a supportive community, you'll be empowered to make a significant impact in children's lives. Enjoy competitive pay, health benefits, and a generous tuition discount for your children. If you're eager to learn and grow in a nurturing environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Our summer camps run from June to August. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles. If you are interested in Montessori or early childhood education, are a college student, want to shift away from retail, restaurants, etc., maybe this is the role for you!
In this Summer Camp role, you will support our Lead Teacher in guiding children to be more independent and confident in their abilities. This is a great opportunity to start your career in Montessori and early childhood education more generally, as many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our MACTE-accredited Montessori training program.
If you are interested in a full-time role, it offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.
We’re looking for a Summer Teacher who will bring their best to support every child in reaching their highest potential!
