Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age by start of employment (18+ preferred).
• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and support for Fort Caswell's mission and values.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and servant-minded approach to ministry.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and interact positively with guests of all ages.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction from supervisors.
• Ability to fulfill assigned duties and maintain performance and conduct standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties and responsibilities within the assigned work area.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Participate in staff meetings, worship services, Bible studies, and spiritual development opportunities.
• Follow Fort Caswell policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Represent Fort Caswell and the North Carolina Baptist ministry with Christian values.
• Be prepared for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist in areas outside primary assignment as needed.
