You will gain exposure to safety practices, operations, and the local community, preparing you for a career in energy and process engineering.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4 year Mechanical Engineering program.
• Eligible for full-time employment during or before Summer 2028.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-life projects related to rotating equipment, reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in a 12-week in-person internship at the refinery.
• Learn about Koch Industries, leadership principles, and local community engagement.
