Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern in Cleveland, OH for the 2027 Summer Internship Program. Under supervision of senior engineers, you will assist with project records, CAD drawings, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Eligible candidates are undergraduates with at least four completed semesters, proficient in SolidWorks, Excel, and have strong analytical and communication skills. This paid internship provides mentorship, hands-on design experience, and exposure to the Stage

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program with at least four semesters completed.
• Proficient in SolidWorks CAD; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with project records, documentation, and paperwork.
• Participate in product design projects and prepare design documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams across sales, manufacturing, and quality.
• Prepare CAD drawings and documentation for engineering projects.
• Create solid models to predict material behavior in molds and machines.
• Develop bills of materials and material specs for projects.
