Job summary

The Archdiocese Of Seattle Payroll Svc in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Full Time Driver to transport nutritious lunches to students in Tacoma and Clover Park school districts and to assist with food production. You will drive cargo vans, help pack meals, and support meal service at multiple sites.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and being 21 years of age or older. Work is Monday–Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, with salary guidelines and benefits offered by

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Must consistently demonstrate respectful, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to maintain working relationships with children, parents, and staff required.
• Requires valid Driver’s License and ability to drive vans.
• Must be 21 years of age and provide other documentation consistent with HR 16 of the Parish Human Resource Manual of the Archdiocese of Seattle to qualify as a driver.

Responsibilities

• Drive cargo vans for delivery of nutritious lunches to students at sites in Tacoma and Clover Park school districts.
• Assist with packing meals into coolers for cargo vans, drive in a team to sites throughout Tacoma and Lakewood
• Assist serving meals with site coordinators, or individual children, evaluating and tracking meals on OSPI forms.
• Bring back leftover meals, clean up, and prep food for next day as needed.

Salary Range: $16.66 - $16.66 Hourly

POSITION PURPOSE

Drives vans for food delivery and supports food preparation to the supervisor.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive cargo vans for delivery of nutritious lunches to students at sites in Tacoma and Clover Park school districts.


• Assist with packing meals into coolers for cargo vans, drive in a team to sites throughout Tacoma and Lakewood


• Assist serving meals with site coordinators, or individual children, evaluating and tracking meals on OSPI forms.
