Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Own a substantive workstream tied to 2028 portfolio planning or AI enablement.
Conduct market, competitor, and internal research to inform decisions.
Build analysis behind business cases, sizing, and adoption metrics.
Partner with value stream leaders, product managers, finance partners, and tech leaders across FPRS.
Develop executive-ready materials for Guardian senior leadership forums.
Contribute to prioritization and measurement of a multi-year transformation portfolio.
Use AI tools daily and model high-quality prompts for outputs.
Define and report AI adoption metrics and productivity gains.
