Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is offering a Manufacturing Intern position at its Milesburg facility. Interns will spend 10-12 weeks working directly on high-impact projects within one of our manufacturing departments in a fast-paced environment designed to foster a continuous improvement mindset.

Participants gain hands-on experience related to their field of study. Interns rotate through multiple areas to gain a broad understanding of the manufacturing process and provide support to plant teams while

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; rising senior.
• Preferred: experience in a manufacturing environment or internship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to understand the process.
• Provide support to plant team members to gain hands-on experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Assist with research on new and existing projects and support major decision making.
• Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
• Learn to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Create a presentation on internship experience, projects, and outcomes for leadership.
