You will work on a 360-degree view of energy technology production, collaborating with skilled technicians and senior leaders to develop problem-solving and automation skills. This summer program emphasizes safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in engineering.
• Energy-related majors will be considered.
• Location: Schenectady, NY – 100% onsite.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain foundational expertise in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Get a 360-degree view of energy technology building processes with lean foundation.
• Collaborate with floor technicians to troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Pursue root cause analysis to address production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement advanced technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Receive access to senior leaders and dedicated career coaching.
