Job summary

TWB Monroe is seeking an Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027, with internships running from May 17 to August 13, 2027. Interns gain hands-on experience on challenging manufacturing projects and are mentored to prepare for success in the workplace and classroom.

Projects are planned based on departmental needs and intern skills, with opportunities for continued internship or full-time hire upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Major in an Engineering field in an accredited program.
• Strong background in MS Office, Excel.
• Proficient in using computers, learning new systems, and critical thinking.
• Active listener who can receive and follow directions.
• Punctuality and commitment to doing the job right.
• Interest in Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering team on projects as assigned.
• Spend time on the plant floor and in the office as needed.
• Collaborate with mentors and managers to complete assigned tasks.
• Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for projects.
