Dayton Freight Lines offers a Summer Management Intern program consisting of an accelerated 9-week internship, with successful completion leading to consideration for the Management Trainee Program upon degree completion.

Participants gain industry knowledge, learn Dayton Freight policies and functions across service centers, and contribute to center success while preparing for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college.
• Basic math skills required.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during the program.

Responsibilities

• Gain useful knowledge about the Transportation industry and about Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning and understanding each position's function and contribution to the overall mission of Dayton Freight.
