Successful completion leads to consideration for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program upon degree attainment. Qualifications include current enrollment in an accredited college, basic math skills, and fluency in English; candidates must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during the Program.

Responsibilities

• Gain useful knowledge about the Transportation industry and about Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning and understanding each position's function and contribution to the overall mission of Dayton Freight.
