Dayton Freight Lines offers a summer Management Interns program, a 9-week accelerated internship in the Transportation industry in Cedar Rapids, IA. Participants may be considered for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program after completing their degree.

The internship includes exposure to policies and day-to-day operations, with opportunities to advance quickly within a growing organization and to work across shifts to gain a broad understanding of the business.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college
• Basic math skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during the Program

Responsibilities

• Gain useful knowledge about the Transportation industry and about Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning and understanding each position's function and contribution to the overall mission of Dayton Freight.
