Dayton Freight Lines offers a summer Management Intern program lasting 9 weeks, with strong potential to be considered for the Management Trainee Program after earning a degree. Interns will gain broad exposure to the transportation industry and Dayton Freight's policies and culture.

Participants will learn how each role within the Service Center contributes to the company’s mission, with opportunities for quick advancement and a stable, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during the Program.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge about the Transportation industry and Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Learn how each position contributes to the Service Center's success and Dayton Freight's mission.
