Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join the Management Internship at our Lancaster, PA campus. This paid internship helps you build leadership skills and real-world business experience from day one.

You will work on projects across fleet management, customer service, marketing strategy and teamwork, with peers by your side. The program runs 10–12 weeks at 40 hours per week and pays $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must currently be a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start in our Summer Intern Orientation Class on Monday, May 24th.
• Must be able to commit to a 40/hour per week schedule for 10-12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in intern projects and competitive activities with peers while learning from ongoing feedback.
