Job summary

Enterprise offers a Summer Management Internship in Harrisburg, PA, giving university students hands-on exposure to business and leadership challenges. The paid internship places you in a team-based environment from day one, mirroring the role of entry-level professionals.

Interns will undertake projects across fleet management, customer service, and marketing, with opportunities for performance incentives and rewards. Expect a 40-hour work week over 10–12 weeks, paid at $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior (rising senior) graduating with a Bachelor's degree by May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to start in Summer Intern Orientation Class on May 24.
• Able to commit to a 40-hour per week schedule for 10–12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Support management tasks and learn to run a fleet of vehicles.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Engage in intern projects and friendly peer competition while learning key business skills.
