Dayton Freight Lines offers a 9-week summer Management Interns program designed to accelerate leadership development. Participants will gain deep exposure to the transportation industry, Dayton Freight's policies, and the roles across the service center.

Successful completion leads to consideration for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program upon degree attainment. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd as the program progresses, with a focus on professional growth and rapid advancement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during the Program.

Responsibilities

• Gain useful knowledge about the Transportation industry and about Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning and understanding each position's function and contribution to the overall mission of Dayton Freight.
