La Colina at Trailhead Lodge in Estes Park, CO is seeking a Line Cook for the summer season. You will join a small, fast-paced kitchen environment, assisting with food prep and plating while supporting the team during daily service.

The role emphasizes Mexican-inspired cuisine, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards. Weekend and evening availability is desired to cover the summer schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep role preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a small, busy kitchen environment.

• Flexibility to work during the summer season, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities
