Guardian Life invites driven undergraduates to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program in New York as a 10-week paid learning experience. You’ll work with leaders and teams on real projects affecting our life products and gain deep industry exposure while building your professional network.

The program emphasizes collaboration, quick decision-making, and a consumer-focused mindset, with structured mentorship and onboarding to our purpose, values, and product offerings. Housing is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Experience the cross-functional product development process and contribute to new individual life products that provide financial security.
• Engage in projects supporting the life product management life cycle.
• Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career.
• Learn about Guardian’s purpose, values, how we work, and our suite of product and service offerings.
• Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business.
