Old Mission in Chicago offers a 2027 summer internship giving a law student junior-attorney‑level work inside the financial services legal department. You’ll work with experienced counsel on active matters and gain exposure to corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues facing a prop trading firm regulated by the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and FCA.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assist with the firm's commercial agreements and vendor contracts
• Maintain the firm's contract lifecycle management system
• Assist with entity formation, foreign qualification, and related governance filings
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare written summaries
• Draft corporate documents, agreements, policies, and notices
• Assist with ongoing regulatory compliance matters
• Maintain research and regulatory reference materials for the legal team
• Track and flag relevant industry news and legal or regulatory updates
